    Our company stands behind our products. All our products are made of the highest quality materials. However if you do have a problem with our products, simply return the products to the place where you purchased it or mail it back to us and we will replace the item. We will replace your product but shipping will be at your cost. All our sales representatives are required to replace your product at no charge to you. Thank You!


    Warranty
    MOPS: The manufacturer warrants that this product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at it's discretion, either repair or replace the mop.


    This warranty does not apply if the mop has been damaged or rendered defective (a) as result of an accident, misuse not as directed, or abuse (b) by modification of the product. To obtain replacement under the terms of this warranty, please return the mop to the place of purchase or mail it back to Holy Moly with a description of difficulties encountered. In addition enclose a check or money order for $12.95 to cover shipping and processing of your replaced order. Please make payments out to XCEL


    Shipping is free for all orders over $50.00


    CLOTHS/Shammy: All defective cloths are replaced for free, just send a check or money order for $7.95 to XCEL for returning shipping and processing costs.
